Privacy notice
A short account of how Ronin Systems handles contact form data.
Last updated: August 26, 2026What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, preferred contact method, contact detail, request type, message and the interface language. We also record the time you gave consent, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser identification string, which are used to detect automated abuse. Your IP address itself is never stored. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
The data is used solely to assess and respond to your request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
Storage and providers
Your message is stored in our own database so we can return to it, and is delivered to a private business inbox through an email provider. Both the database and the email provider may process data outside your country under their own security terms. We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a submitted message by contacting us on Telegram and identifying the request. Deletion removes the row from the database; it cannot recall an email already delivered.
